*If you miss your appointment it will result in a non-refundable penalty 50% of your service.

*We use credit cards to secure your appointment.

*you have 24 hours to cancel your appointment or 12 hours to reschedule.

*Your facial time estimate is 60 minutes. add ons will be 15 additional minutes.

*If you’re late on your appointment it will affect your facial.

*Confirmation calls are one day prior to your appointment.if you don’t reply to the message we assume you are coming.

*you must arrive five minutes early for your appointment if you are a first time client arrive 10 minutes before to fill in a consultation form.
